Class Description

Healing can be a small, regular action, or a bigger shift and progression in anyone's life. Healing is not a straightforward process and can be full of epiphanies, fallbacks, regressions and elongated durations. Self-healing does not have to be a grand gesture, but can be a regular activity you carry out consciously in your every day. The healing hour prioritises healing over fixing and is an open model where I'll be offering a blend of bodywork methods to help you train your healing muscle, which is your own body and brain. Whether you want to recover from a stressful week or need support whilst going through grief or trauma, this is a place to gather online and in community. Expect gentle movement to begin with, followed by an optional exchange. The healing hour always ends with a relaxing meditation. Each minute is completely up to you. You are invited to be present, but equally welcome to enjoy the session passively. Please respect that the stories shared on the healing hour are confidential, unless there is written consent.
