You will be offered a tailored session designed to support you with mindset improvement and stress management. My evidence-backed approach combines neuroscience, mindfulness and somatics, which means that all sessions are guided through the lense of the body, even when we don't 'actually' move. Expect to work with your choice of tools including: meditation, breathwork, yoga, stress release exercises & trauma-informed bodywork, along with check-ins, conversations and psychoeducation. The ratio will be up to you: some clients prefer working quite physically, whereas others desire motivation and talking things through. Examples on what we can work on: - learn how to self-regulate - train how to switch your stress reflex & trauma triggers off - shift negative patterns - gain confidence - grow self-trust and intuition - decrease procrastination - conquer stressful work periods & challenging projects - learn tools to improve calm, relaxation & sleep - learn tangible techniques to cope with anxiety - education about brain-body connection and how to use it to your advantage - design a wellbeing toolkit that works for you - get support for your healing journey
